1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Gridiron Stats (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Gridiron Stats is operated by ninefootone creative ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. The Service

Gridiron Stats is a web application for tracking American Football player statistics, managing rosters, and recording game data. We provide the App on a subscription basis with a free tier available.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

Keeping your login credentials secure
All activity that occurs under your account
Ensuring the information you provide is accurate

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are adding players under the age of 16 to the App, you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from their parents or guardians.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Upload or share any content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes third party rights
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the App or its underlying code
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
Resell or sublicense access to the App without our written permission

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the App you agree to our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the App (player names, stats, game records etc.). By entering data into the App you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data for the purpose of providing the service.

We will not sell your data or use it for any purpose other than providing and improving the App.

6. Subscriptions and Payment

Free tier: Limited to 1 team and 3 games. No payment required.
Paid subscriptions: Billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
Upgrades and downgrades: Plan changes take effect immediately on upgrade, or at the end of the billing period on downgrade.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to retry. Continued failure may result in your account being downgraded to the free tier.
Promo codes: Promotional codes are subject to their own terms and expiry dates. Only one code may be applied per subscription.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is the intellectual property of ninefootone creative ltd and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is”. We make no warranties that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ninefootone creative ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

You may delete your account at any time. On deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Team data may be retained if other members remain active on that team.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
